Dad stories
"Do anything good for your birthday?" one of your friendly B3TA moderator team asked in one of those father/son phone calls that last two minutes. "Yep," he said, "Your mum." Tell us about dads, lack of dad and being a dad.

Haha! Brilliant!
Reminds me of one of my housemates in second year of uni. We were making lasagne, and he opened his cupboard to realise he didn't have any pasta. I suggested we make some, since I had the ingredients in my cupboard, and he returned the classic line, 'Don't be stupid! We can't grow pasta in time for dinner!"
Turns out his dad told him when he was little that pasta grew on trees (probably aided by the classic BBC documentary), and he never learnt the truth 'til he turned 20 and I shattered his world.
