It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Make me run out of a room screaming like a girl? Moths and daddy-long-legs (aka crane flies). I'm slowly overcoming my mothophobia (I can just about deal with small ones), but daddy-long-legs are the spawn of satan and should all die.
Do you know if you catch one (not that I'd get within 100 metres) in your hands, their legs fall off? *shudder*
Edit: Oh, also the thought of chewing tin foil.

FoilTin foil, it has so many uses, but I hate it so.
I've never had it anywhere near my mouth, so have no idea why either.

Daddy long legsYou know Daddy long legs have teeth? Only they're not big enough to pierce though your skin. I used to have nightmares that I'd swallow one in my sleep and it would go down into my intestine where the flesh is much thinner (!?!) and start a harvest.

hmmmThis probably won't help, but the deadliest venom in the world is produced by none other than the lovely daddy-long-legs. There's just so little it can't do any harm.

Bears Can't Run Downhill And 200 Other Dubious Pub Facts Explained by Robert Anwood says -The "daddy-longlegs" can refer to the crane fly (Tipulidae), the harvestman (Opiliones) or the daddy-longlegs spider (Pholcidae). Of these only the Pholcidae (being spiders) actually have venom glands, crane flies and harvestmen do not. Pholcidae don't bite humans because they are used to catching their prey in webs or because their jaws are too weak to penetrate human skin, but their venom isn't half as strong as, say, a brown recluse, a funnelweb or a Brazilian wandering spider. Hate to be a pedant, but crane flies are completely harmless.
And their legs don't fall off if you hold them properly - I had to rescue many a crane fly from my room as a kid and there's a technique.
