Rubbish TownsI once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Agreed.I live in Costessey, which is also a shithole in places, but nowhere near as nasty as Bowthorpe.
Though none of the nasty places in Norwich, imho, are a patch on Romford.

student landlordin my coming into second year, we had to find a house to live, and one of the placaes the landlord took us was 'Bowthorpe'
Now, he tried his pitch and everything, made us come on a nice day, but it still didn't make any difference when chavs walked by and shouted 'Fuck off you fucking student twats'.
I wish they would build a wall around it and carpet bomb it already.. maybe invite israel to do it for us?
