Yes you can get them refilled.....As this site says....

I just buggered up the Filling in mine by washing it to many times and wrongly when I washed it last....

I'm going to buy the special soap for down coats.....And tumble dry the fuck out of it..... I didn't know about the tennis ball trick but thanks to you I will give that a try at the same time
