RandomI used to work for a kids publisher and one time they printed a word search with animal names to find. The designer just filled in the gaps with random letters.
It was only when they got a letter from an irate parent that they got a copy out to check and found it did indeed say HEDGEHOGSHIT right across the middle... :)
