This reminds me of Walsall Psychiatric Care Unit
It used to be what used to be called a 'Loony Bin' in less enlightened times - for all the patients that really shouldn't be 'in the community'. It's shut now.
They used to have a patient whose hobby was getting out, pushing things down his Franklin, and turning up at a local A&E. The list was unofficially shown to me by a member of the nusing staff and included:
- Drinking straws (plural)
- Bic biro top
- Bic biro inside (bit with the ink in)
- Plastic fork tines
- Metal fork handle
- Plastic spoon handle
- Glass shards
- 2' length of rusty barbed wire
Well, I guess everyone needs some sort of hobby...
