pretty straightforwardyou set your website name as one of your email address names (eg dave@blueyonder = wwwdave.pwp.blueyonder) then you can use ftp to upload stuff.

if you have photoshopit can automatically build you a site full of images. it's a bit simplistic, but it's handy if you've got lots of pictures and haven't decided what you want to do with them...
