France was surprisingly fun. I admit I was apprehensive at first (My friend and I were the only two white people..) but I ended up having a really good time! And I did a little shopping and drinking, so woo!

Yeah, I managed to get by on 'je voudrais encore du pain s'il vous plait' (that's about all I ate)
There were lots of insects too. HUGE spiders (to rival my kitchen encounter) and many daddy long legs.. I wasn't impressed..

I understand that much, but I'd probably clam up if I had to try and say it! But then the friend I would be staying with teaches english in france, so I guess I could get away with it!
