You would need
to adjust the voltage for penguin size/volume in order to achieve the correct
optic growth curve. Personally I would recommend 30,000 of Her Majesty's
Finest Volts for an Emporer Penguin, whereas a smaller
tufted penguin may only require 10,000 or so.
I have also discovered that the application of large voltage to rabbits also induces
the production of a small currant from the rear of the rabbit. Tests continue.
