# Alot of people use flash and image-ready.
U-lead .gif animator is good and simple, and you can get a 30 day trial. The Gimp is free, and alot of people like that.

tattyslap installation is only 112 meg (or 126, i can't remember) unless you're using an ISO for some silly reason
