1. let down the tyre
2. Put foot on clamp in appropriate position
3. reverse car out of clamp
4. change to spare wheel

Take off wheel. replace with spare.

# How to avoid being clamped...
1) Reverse the back whels tight up against a kerb and leave the front wheels turned at full lock - they can't get the clamps on.

2) Buy four clamps of your own and put them on whenever you park the car.

3) Always park legally.
