How do you get the two halves separated? I end up just crushing the mango everytime I try!

an avocado cos the stone is easier to take out. But I cant do it with a mango....

Cut the same way as the avocado, then twisting the two halves in an opposing, rotational manner, should result in success.

If you're singing the bass part it goes:
