The NSFW/SFW debate has always raged, and the board defines it as visible nudity (or the perception thereof).
I tagged it as SFW, because there isn't anything visibly NSFW on the page.
/edit: in my opinion, the United States is fucking scared of the human body. I live here, and am amazed by how cranked up some people get over it (I'm also a nudist, so it doesn't bother me). Admittedly, I work from home, so my 'big red pen' department doesn't give a fuck.
