Ok, that's for storage.
You could just warm what you are about to take though. (i.e. decant, warm, administer)

but can't really be decanted, as you stick the bottle in the ear and squeeze out a couple of drops from the top

Try heating up a teaspoon
dropping onto that, few seconds for heat transfer then pour into ear. If it doesn't work...put em in cold and think of England!
