hurts. won't kill
about 30--50V between dry hands starts to tingle, once you get to a milliamp or two it's getting to be too much.
OK, so I was bored and had a stack of PP9's and a multimeter... It's what childhoods for!

Ha ha - I took the transformer out of a radio once, turned it around and plugged it back into mains ...
BOOM!
Damn a 40,000 volt spark looks good from one foot away :-)
Needless to say I blew the circuit breaker .. and crapped myself, but that woz a long time ago ..
Don't get me started on the time I tried to manufacture RDX/C1 ;-)
