# indeedy...
BTW, I haven't been stalking your office... (re out-the-windows pics yesterday). But expect radical changes to those subways at the roundabout over the next year!

# ho yus.
And not before time (spazzing). 165 apartments and fucksocks knows what else; as long as the subways go I'll be happy 'cos I have to use the bastards if I need to tek the bus into toon to get to work.
Personally I wanted to see it bulldozed, but hey ho.

# I don't think the subways are going...
but if I get my way they might become pretty cool...

(EDIT- I wanted to do a Blinkenlights on Swan House, but I was too late)

# I'll find out...
(having lots of chats with the planners down there at the moment)

# the odd thing is,
behind reception at our place is a plan of the area, and there's no mention at all of the redevelopment of the swan house eyesoredevelopment, just bits about plazas, cafes and the like.
Thinkin' about it there's no mention of the historic Royal Arcade either. I was hoping it was gonna be dismantled so they could put it back together correctly this time. 33 years later isn't bad.

# I'll try to find out...
Royal Arcade is a bit nuts isn't it?

A shame really - it's completely fucked at the moment.

# It was completely fucked
when the council took it apart, chalked the block locations on each, er, block then left it all outside overnight, so it rained, washed the chalk off, and they put it back together as best they could. In 1968.
A bit of balance redressage would be nice :)
