But with a good kick technique
is there much of a need for a double peddle?

who says i have a good kick technique?
also, i seriously doubt anyone could get enough kicks in with one foot for some of the speed-metal i listen to :)

Woo!
I want one too
At the moment all I've got is chopsticks and a computer disc.
Bass Drum = Stamp on the floor really hard
Cymbal = CD and CD cases
Snare = Anypart of the actual desk
Anything else is just a bonus

I had access to a drumkit
for a couple of months, then just as i was just about able to drum along semi-competantly to some songs (nothing tricky), it had to be given back, and i can't have one now as i live in a flat with neighbours above and below.
