I apologize to you for my ugly English, but i will prove to formulate a question: which software do i need for to make a work like yours

First, you need the video you want to use in avi format
I use ulead video studio to choose the clips I want and convert them.
Then I open the avi in imageready and edit it.

OR
you could use a video editing package* to add the little animals on a motion path. That way you could render out nice mpeg version as well as a little giffable version, for when you're all famous and want to put out a DVD of 'early works'.
* Sonic Foundry Vegas Video is good.
There's a budget version of it whose name I forget.
