AndITV says that there is going to be cutbacks due to the multi billion losses of the last year, apparently they are going to reduce the amount of quality programming and concentrate on cheap 'reality' shows. This reminds me of the old joke about not being able to make something cheaper as that would involve having to make it worse and that just isn't possible.
