hahahawhile I think some of the blanking is justified, I was reading this morning that page numbers were blacked out, so people couldn't tell if whole pages had been removed

some mp was saying they should unblank the start of the postcodesas apparently they'd regularly swap which home was registered as a second home to be able to claim more. awesome :) i particularly enjoyed the 1p claim for a 12-second phone call one mp made...
