Justgot my license back this week after a year without it. I am a massive petrolhead and losing my license was a real pain as I lived in an area with zero public transport. I had to move house in the end as it was costing so much to use cabs everywhere. However thanks to the wonders of 250mg of Lamotrigine a day I haven't had a grand mal tonic clonic since New Years Day 2009. Wonder how difficult it is going to be getting car insurance though.

That's the dose I'm on as well.Insurance isn't actually too bad tbh - I can't say for sure but I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed to penalise people for medical conditions. I've filled in loads of quotes and stuff and never been rejected for medical reasons.
Don't lie though!
