It just blew me away that when I finally got Fartclay's insurance on the phone, (obviously a top secret number for my convenience) and started to explain what had happened, she said "Ooh, yes, lots of people tell us the same!". Took every ounce of restraint and hope that the end was in sight not to howl at her to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THEN...
