Well done mateYou have my thanks. I claimed my charges back from Abbey before closing my account with them - there is a reply to this QOTW describing some of the hassles I had thereafter.
It was only about £200 going back over the seven years, but it was a lovely feeling to see all that misappropriated cash return to my account.
