AhIt's not the normal employees that we have a problem with. It's the ones that are feckless, witless and plainly don't give a monkeys when we're trying to access our money that is legally ours.
All we want is a shred of humanity considering money is so important to us. When you don't get that, you can understand why people go off on one.
