Can be fun though
Was at a gathering of friends the other day (in a restaurant, spread over 4 tables), texted a friend on another table with "the game, that is all" (as she had done to me on many occasions), she shouts at me across everyone else, who then all ask what it was about. Getting 10 people who care was worth the scorn of the ones who don't.
Generally wont mention it unless there's someone there who'll find it funny though. Plus, its a good way of getting in touch with some friends, who will leave most messages to mature for a bit, but will instantly reply "SWINE!" to the above text, meaning you can start a conversation by text which they wont ignore.
