I used to do this with a colleague in our Friday morning meetings.
The rest of the staff were clueless about our game. Try slotting in (i'll give context too):
Yes, that project is 'on my radar'
'My door is open on this issue'
When anything is new or improved to the company, call it '2.0' ie:
It is on my radar that the new 2.0 phone system is being rolled out next month, anybody have any imput on the finishing date? My door is open on this issue.

My husband who is an Associate suggests I need an "out" as a way of ending the innings - perhaps "I'll hold my hands up to that one" a very rare phrase at our place, which avoids saying "I fcuked up"
