Utter fucking hogwash.
Kool G Rap has a lisp and is one of the finest MCs of all time. I'm not a massive fan of Dizzee Rascal myself, but that is mainly due to his being a pretty shit MC, not due to his lisp.

Saw him play a festival (Big Day Out)
The speakers blew out as soon as a he took the stage. He instantly said "Oh well, that's it, 22 hour flight for nothing, seeya later!" The speakers were quickly fixed and he did his set, but he was willing to give up immediately.

Queens of the Stone Age on the other hand had sound issues at a BDO a few years previous and kept playing even though the PA kept cutting out, before giving up after it happened for the 30th time. Sure, they gave up too, but it was clearly a losing battle and they weren't having a tantrum like ol' Dizzy. Twat.
