Common
Freddy Woo writes, "My wife thinks calling the front room a lounge is common. Worse, a friend of hers recently admonished her daughter for calling a toilet, a toilet. Lavatory darling. It's lavatory."
My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.
What stuff do you think is common?

Lock stock student
no common usually comes from how someone speaks, but in the case of the student, more to the point the student in question, he is very well spoken, so he wouldn't be considered common

you'll find....
the common vernacular in dublin city center is "ye lill bollix" and often followed up with "yer wreckin me buzz"
I don't get the whole pj's thing either.. or the current trend where their sperm donors seem to sport mullets nowadays.

Very true
often followed by a, "Jay-sus jacob, its all over your bleedin' top"
frankly, i like the whole sperm idea, i was actually thinking of doing it myself, but as you said the first criteria to fill is the mullet, which unfortunatly, i do not have
