My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

It could be worseA guy two floors down from me actually uses "LOL" as a word. In normal conversation. Then he wonders why I go mental.

Almost my whole uni class...Uses "lol" or "lawlz" in conversation. Why not just laugh?!
