Have you carried out a successful con? Perhaps you hustled a few quid off a stranger, or defrauded a multi-national company. Or have you been taken for the wide-eyed, naive rube that you are?

Actually, it wouldn't be too hard for him to pursue it, all you did was bluff him. Ebay's customer service procedure's a complete arse (like yourself), and it's incredibly arbitrary... but in an open and shut case like this, if he used Paypal, it'd refund his money to him straight off.
