I don't wanna rant...... but the point of a university is not to learn skills, and it is not to get a qualification. It is about learning to think critically, to spot problems, to find a way around them to... and so on. None of that can be put into examinations, nor should it be.
It's the difference between education and training, people. Don't mix them up.
