Apparently,* it's now so hard to get pseudephedrine...that desperate, bunged-up people are buying crystal meth on the street and chemically recovering the pseudephedrine.
* Apparently, all sentences starting with "apparently" were heard in a pub and may not be entirely trustworthy.
