total reverse-oyeah he looked UTTERLY broken and embarassed when he came in with his dad.
his dad was FUMING, couldn't apologise enough, wanted to give us extra money
and yes, we gave his dad the earring, he said it was probably cheap as the kid had no taste :D SO full of win.
