Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Good customers?Surely everyone should be polite. I can't stand people who are rude to waiters etc., mind you I've never really seen it myself.
But I endeavour to live by the motto: "A person who is polite to you and rude to the waitress is not a nice person."
Also: prude :)
