Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

whenver she calls up. When they ask her a question and she needs to find the relvant bit of paper, she asks them to hold and then goes into a jazz / muzak version of the Girl from Ipanema.
Kills the time, I suppose.
