Fair enoughI'm just saying, like. Everyone complaining about the customer seems to believe they are an attractive, erudite, morally superior human being. When in fact, they might not be. Relax a bit and see it from the other end of the phone. People phone up in a bad mood because something isn't right at their end. Try and help them out, perhaps they'll calm down.
