CompanysAnd when the company you work for decides that outsourcing will generate more profit even though the job will be done a lot less well? They know they will probably get away with crappy service and screw the customers and aren't these foreigners more compliant through desperation ignorance and fear. Enjoy contacting that call centre and reading that Hong Kong typeset document by people who don't actually read english.
