Reminds me of a bar job I had
We did two different sizes in coffee, medium and large. Management asked us to offer them as 'small or medium'. When asked pretty much everyone went 'medium' and were upsold coffee without realizing it.

You can't have Medium and Large, without having Small,
nor can you have Small and Medium, without having a large.

Big or Small would be the correct options, surely? Marketing really is a load of wank.
