I see him quite oftenBut it always seems to be when the missus hasn't got her camera with her. She's getting more and more annoyed that she can't get a photo of him (she's a bit good, as is her camera).
The other guy you mentioned was a chap called andrew, a local mental patient. Pretty much harmless, except to himself. Last time I saw him was just before he was sectioned again for branding himself on the forehead with a crucifix.
