I always thought we could kill two birds with one stone:

Now the toffs want fox hunting and we want rid of chavs, why not have chav hunting. The toffs can either capture and release chavs into their countryside abodes or just chase them around the urban streets on their horses with guns and hounds, thus giving them a good laugh as well as ridding us of a very dangerous and real problem with England.

Also saves the foxes, yay!
