Chinese chips20p a bag round our way but no salt and vinegar, or you could get a bag of ordinary chips for 15p with salt and vinegar.

I wish they still offered them as an alternative to the shity frozen ones...even if they had to hike the price for the effort and charge a food portion price for them, like £4 a box, I'd buy on occasion...
