Well...Both sexes smell a lot less when they are snipped, the actual poo is the main problem once done unless you keep them outside but mine are in my room. I solved the problem by removing poo daily, having my windows open and most importantly, I work at Lush so the ferret smell is overpowered by the Lush smell hah!
