Lies Your Parents Told YouI once overheard a neighbour use the phrase "nig nog". I asked my father what it meant. As quick as a flash he said, "It's a type of biscuit. A bit like a hobnob." i asked my mum once ifall the stories in the bible were true. Especially the one about Noah's Ark.
She thought for a bit and said yes. We weren't a religious family, but i guess she was playing it safe.
But I reckon filling a child's head full of religious nonsense is wrong.
