The most interesting thing about this taleis that you can lose you licence for failing emissions tests? I'm assuming you're not UK based which I why I ask.
Also racism... blah blah blah... people seem to play racism cards if they get in trouble with the police, which is almost like a get out of jail card now. Boo and hiss to PC I say.
