I love them
and remember seeing them on Dragons' Den I think?
But £25, seriously. I must be a cheap bastard because you're all snapping them up, but I refuse to pay that for a teddy. The missus will make do with a non-roadkill toy.

If money is really tight
You could just get her an actual example of roadkill.
(Make sure you put it in a ziploc bag before you wrap it in festive paper. There are few things less Christmassy than a noxiously seeping parcel under the tree.)
