ProcrastinationOutlook is a wonderful tool, but not when it keeps reminding you that it is now 96 weeks since you were supposed to finish a report you haven't even started yet.

Phone the university and ask if it'd be possible to rescheduleIt's a perfectly normal thing to do: people understand that not every jobseeker is sitting at home twiddling their thumbs with nothing else to do.
They won't be offended at all if you simply say "I have a prior booking at that time - would it be possible to have another day/timeslot?"
