It's hard to talk about this subjectwithout sounding like a daily mail reader but I have to say I agree with all your comments. Breaders or Sproggers aspire to have children just for social housing....lets improve their lifes for them and make it less worthwhile to scrounge rather than getting a job. I fear the govts measures won't be harsh enough but the gravy train needs to stop somewhere...
