I'll add Andy Parsons.
It's a rare day when he says sonmething funny and even rarer when he tells one of his jokes and doesn't move slightly to look for the response from the audience.
Also whatshername who's often on Mock The Week and whose only line of comedy appears to be something about her mum being from Ghana and shouting at her a lot.

but I knew exactly who you meant from that "is it in fact". Yeah, he's a bit hit and miss. Delivery isn't always great.
