It's fakeWell, the person is real, but was part of a Christian dating site, whose website was hacked. (why was this woman on a dating site if engaged, i hear you ask? [ he said, hearing the voices again ])
They (4chan /b I think) thought it would be funny to mess up these devout Christians, so they tried the names/passwords from the church site on facebook, and 'trolled' each account that the password matched.
The innocent person deleted her facebook account shortly after this.
