I reckon it's contrast.They're no more or less slutty than your average person, all things considered.
It's just that the gap between "Eurgh, I couldn't possibly eat processed food – that's for POOR people!" and "Fuck me deep in my stinking unwiped arse then shoot pools of wrigglers through my ears and into my wet brain" (which as we know, is what women of all classes say at the height of passion) is a lot more pronounced as to make them appear sluttier than most.
